Shakopee City Council Will Meet On June 16
The City Council meets at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 485 Gorman St.

A public hearing to consider the vacation of public right-of-way and access, drainage and utility easements will be held during the June 16 City Council meeting. The hearing will consider property dedicated within Outlot A and Lot 1, Block 1, Powers First Addition, and Lot 1, Block 1, Jackson Elementary School, located at the northeast corner of County Highway 16 (17th Avenue) and County Highway 15 (Marystown Road). Trident Shakopee West LLC is proposing a second phase of development that requires a new plat with new right-of-way and easements consistent with city and utility requirements.
