Shakopee Fire Department Open House at New Station
The open house will include fire truck rides, safety demonstrations and food.
Meet Shakopee firefighters, visit the new fire station and learn about fire prevention at the Fire Department Open House.
The family event includes fire truck rides, a safety house and safety demonstrations. Representatives from Allina and Center Point Energy will have information tables, and a helicopter from North Memorial Air Care will also be present.
Free food—hot dogs, cookies, popcorn, and punch—will be provided during the event.

The open house is on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 1001 Vierling Drive West.
