State Human Services Commissioner Talking Kids' Mental Health in Shakopee Friday

Lucinda Jesson will take part in a 10 a.m. roundtable at the Shakopee School District Office.

The woman who leads Minnesota's human-services agency will be in Shakopee Friday for a discussion of childrens' mental-healthcare programs in Gov. Dayton's proposed state budget.

A 10 a.m. roundtable event at the Shakopee School District Office and Central Family Center will include Minnesota Human Services Commissioner Lucinda Jesson. The event is set to end at 11:15 a.m., according to a news release from the agency.

Jesson will also host a roundtable discussion of mental-health crisis care at Carver County Government Center, 600 E. 4th St., Chaska, from 8:45–9:30 a.m. Friday.
