St. Francis SuperHero Dash
Sunday, August 10, 2014 at 1 p.m.The St. Francis SuperHero Dash is a family friendly adventure race with a challenging mud/obstacle course. There is a timed 3K adult race, a kid's race, superhero costume contest and wellness fair with food and refreshments. If obstacle is too difficult, 10 pushups can be done instead.
