Two Public Hearings Scheduled For July 9 In City Of Shakopee
It is anticipated some or all members of the City Council may appear by video conference.

Two public hearings are scheduled for the July 9 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals meeting. Hearings will be held to discuss:

- A preliminary plat of Hentges Industrial Park. Cretex Industrial Park, LLC has submitted an application for a preliminary plat of Cretex Industrial Park First Addition, located east of 70th Street and west of Stagecoach Road. Cretex is proposing a redevelopment, which requires a new plat submittal. The public hearing is anticipated to be continued no later than Sept. 3.
- Text amendments to City Code 151.002 and 151.007 and adding chapter 151.052. The proposed changes add or modify definitions related to uses, as well as add chapter 151.052 Parks and Open Space to the city's zoning districts.
The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 485 Gorman St. It is anticipated some or all members of the City Council may appear by video conference.
