Two public hearings are scheduled for the March 5 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals meeting. Hearings will be held to discuss:

  • Interim use permit for Canterbury RV Park. Canterbury Park is requesting permission to relocate some of its RV park sites due to the Unbridled Avenue Construction project. The park previously received approval for licensing 20 campsites for employees to use April through November. The park would like to restructure the park to include 28 total sites.
  • Preliminary and final plat for River Bluff Addition. The city is proposing a preliminary and final plat of River Bluffs Addition to consolidate nine lots located at 321 First Ave. W. into one parcel. The lot is the proposed home of Riverfront Bluff Apartments.
