2020 Election: How Many People Have Already Voted In Minnesota
Minnesota has historically had the highest voter turnout in the nation during each presidential election.

MINNESOTA — As of Tuesday, a record-smashing 1,846,668 absentee ballots have been returned and accepted in Minnesota. In 2016, only 676,722 absentee ballots were accepted.
In 2016 overall — combining both absentee and Election Day in-person votes — Minnesota had a turnout of 2,968,281. That means the state is well on its way to surpassing its 2016 turnout.

If you go to a polling place today, please thank the election judges. We need about 30,000 of them on Election Day throughout MInnesota. They’re putting in long hours, at some personal risk, to make sure that our election is safe, secure, and accurate.
