Amber Alert Canceled: Child Found Safe, Suspect In Custody
An Amber Alert was issued out of Minneapolis Tuesday morning. Police said a 2-year-old was abducted but later found safe.

UPDATE, 9:10 a.m. – Minneapolis police say the suspect, Hershel "Herlsey" Theo Hulbert, is now in custody.
UPDATE, 8:57 a.m. – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the child identified in the Amber Alert has been located and is now safe.
However, one suspect is still at large, according to Minneapolis police.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Minneapolis Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating an allegedly abducted child.
Officials say Harlen Vontrel Hulbert, 2, is dark complected, with black braided hair, brown eyes, a red and gray shirt and blue jeans.

According to authorities, he was taken Tuesday morning at 6:55 a.m. from 2014 Third Avenue S. in Minneapolis by Hershel "Herlsey" Theo Hulbert.
Hulbert is 26, 5 feet 9 inches, has brown eyes and short black hair.
Another man stabbed the child’s mother, police say.

The men and the child fled in a Silver Dodge Durango, Minnesota license plate 628MMM, according to authorities. Police say one of the abductors is armed with a gun.
If you see the suspects, do not approach them, but call 911 immediately.
