Twin Cities Weed, Alcohol Spots Cut Off Over Taxes: See The List

MINNESOTA — Is your favorite smoke shop, bar, liquor store or restaurant on Minnesota’s latest tax delinquency cutoff list?

Several Twin Cities businesses are being cut off from cannabis, liquor, wine or beer deliveries after landing on new Minnesota Department of Revenue lists.

The department released separate delinquency reports this week for cannabis sales and liquor, wine and beer sales.

The lists include businesses that are at least 10 days delinquent in filing or paying taxes, according to the department.

For newly posted businesses, the non-delivery date is May 20.

What The Cutoff Means

Businesses on the newly posted cannabis list cannot receive cannabis product deliveries beginning May 20.

Businesses on the newly posted liquor, wine and beer list cannot receive liquor, wine or beer deliveries from wholesalers, manufacturers, brewers or brew pubs beginning May 20.

Businesses remain subject to the delivery restrictions until they resolve their delinquencies and are removed from the state lists.
