Event organizer, Mark Pedelty, is pulling together this musical montage for the second time. A longtime supporter of Metro Blooms, Pedelty is a University of Minnesota Journalism/Mass Communications Professor, and just happens to be a member of Hypoxic Punks in his “spare” time. He believes in the importance of the work at Metro Blooms and generously created a documentary piece called “Neighborhood of Raingardens” (http://raingardenmovie.org/Raingarden/Welcome.html) to enlighten the local community on what’s needed to keep our local waters clean.
