Bizarre Behavior: Minnesota Trooper Finds Fake Baby On Board

Apparently, Minnesota drivers will do incredibly wacky things just so they can drive in the MnPASS Express Lanes for free.

The Minnesota State Patrol sees a lot of unique behavior out on the roads, but this incident must be close to the top of the list. Recently, a trooper stopped a vehicle for a suspected MnPass lane violation.

During peak-travel times transit, motorcycles, and vehicles with two or more occupants, including children or infants, may drive in the designated MnPASS Express Lanes for free. Solo motorists who have a MnPASS account and a MnPASS tag must pay a fee to drive in the MnPASS Express Lanes during peak-travel times.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, further investigation revealed that the driver was attempting to subvert the car pool rules by using a doll disguised as a passenger.
