Calling all fitness enthusiasts! This September, EMPOWER Fitness Weekend Celebration is making a stop in St. Louis Park. The event will begin on Friday the 12th and will continue through Sunday the 14th.
Some of the industry’s best presenters including Rob Glick, Katie Haggerty, Jason Hulshof, and Dr. Len Kravitz will be in attendance. There will also be Beachbody master trainers present to lead group fitness classes. Not only will the attendees have a chance to work out with some of the best in the business but they will have the chance to become certified in the industry's most popular programs.
This event will be taking place at the Life Time Fitness located on Cedar Lake Road South. Registration will be opening soon. You can keep updated on event specifics by checking out the Empower website.
