Honoring Choices - Advanced Care Directive

Lin Butler with Twin Cities Medical Society will give a presentation on the new advanced care directive "Honoring Choices".  This document is being used by hospitals and clinics across Minnesota to help patients and their families make decisions about what they want for their care treatment.  Similar to "Five Wishes", this document creates the legal authority for someone to become your health care agent if or when you cannot speak for yourself.
