AnnapurnaBlue Health &amp; Wellness: A Sanctuary for Renewal AnnapurnaBlue Health &amp; Wellness was created from a simple yet powerful belief: that true healing happens when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. We believe these seasons of life are not endings — they are powerful invitations to rise. Our programs are inclusive, nurturing, and deeply respectful of each individual’s journey. Many participants leave feeling restored, empowered, and connected — not only to themselves, but to a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
