TASTING LAB:
Please join us for a fun and interactive wine class! We will be conducting "wine tasting experiments" and you will get to see first hand why some wines pair better with different food combinations. We will also be disscussing why terrior is important, wine as a seasonal product, and the different ways a winemaker can effect the final taste of a wine.
