Free yoga class for people living with lupus
If you're living with lupus, we welcome you to join us for a free hour-long yoga fundamentals class at our Bloomington office on May 12.

In this gentle fundamentals class offered by the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota, participants will practice a variety of standing and reclining asanas, or poses, with an emphasis on beginner modifications, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Great for stress relief and overall relation, yoga can help increase flexibility and sense of balance, increase strength, and provide the opportunity to practice the art of “presence” through gentle movement and focus on the breath.
The class will provide extra time and assistance in moving in and out of yoga poses and postures, and participants will be given special attention for individual adaptations, as needed.
Join us for this free one-hour class at the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota’s Bloomington office on Tuesday, May 12 from 12:00-1:00 p.m.
