Chiropractic clinic in South Minneapolis/Richfield/Edina area is looking to add a staff person for 30-40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate loves to work with the public and has a great personality!  Must be outgoing, positive, and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks-sometimes all at once.  If you are able to multi-task, love people and love working as a team player...Then you are our person!

Duties include:

Front Desk-checking people in and out, answering phone calls, scheduling, collecting payments, updating insurance, filing, data entry and other general office skills

Rehab Assistant-train and monitor patients with basic therapies, build relationships, share chiropractic philosophy

We are looking for a career oriented individual with the following skills:

-Ability to prioritize

-Self starter

-Well organized

-Work with confidential information in a legally compliant and professional manner

-Detail oriented a must to understand the intricacies of insurance

-Eager to learn

-Able to work a set but Flexible schedule between 7AM and 7:30PM  (roughly four weekend days per year, no major holidays)
-Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft applications

-Computer friendly enough to learn new software

-Reliable transportation

-Customer service background is a plus
-Sales experience is a plus
