Loppet Foundation Slated to Build Theodore Wirth Park Enhancements
The proposed project includes enhancements focused on skiing, hiking, cycling, snowboarding, snow tubing, and bike event trails.

The construction of a proposed outdoor recreation center at Theodore Wirth Regional Park is looking more likely following a recent decision by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB).
Agenda documents show the board's administration and finance committee approved agreements to allow the Loppet Foundation to build the proposed project.
