Man Shot In Minneapolis, Dies At Hospital: No Arrests Made
The man was taken to the emergency room at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, where he died.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Minneapolis police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened late Tuesday night. Just after 11 p.m. on Tuesday evening, a 911 caller said they overheard a voice say that someone had been shot and to dial 911.
Officers responded to the 2500 block of 10th Avenue South, but did not find any gunshot victims.
Moments later, police were told that a man just arrived at the emergency room at Abbott Northwestern Hospital with a gunshot wound. Officers arrived at the hospital and found out the victim had died.

Police went back to the area of the original 911 call and located a possible crime scene inside a structure on that block. Homicide investigators, along with crime lab personnel, responded to the scene.
No arrests have been made, according to a news release.

The Medical Examiner will release the identity, along with the nature and cause of death, in the coming days.
