Cops Kill 1 Dog, Wound Another In Arrest: Report

TWIN CIITES, MN — Minneapolis police reportedly shot and killed one pit bull terrier and wounded a second while executing an arrest warrant in Saint Paul Tuesday morning. A weapons charge case took officers to a home on the 1600 block of Bush Avenue.
Around 11 a.m. officers shot and killed "Blu" and badly wounded "Conan," the Star Tribune reported.
“Pets aren’t disposable things,” Victoria LaQuier, who was in the basement of the home during the incident, told the newspaper. “Somebody loves them.”

According to LaQuier, police had come to arrest her boyfriend.
A GoFundMe page says the dog that survived, Conan, has a shattered foot and a gunshot wound above his eye that left an open wound.
