Minneapolis Police Ask For Help Locating Vulnerable Woman

Rebecca Elizabeth Purcell, 53, may be headed to Edina.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Minneapolis Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing vulnerable adult. Rebecca Elizabeth Purcell, 53, was last seen on the 1200 block of 9th Street South at about 11:20 a.m. on Friday. Purcell is described as a being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds.

She has long curly dark hair and hazel colored eyes. She was last seen wearing a long sleeve grey polka dot shirt, red winter vest, yellow headband, dark pants and brown winter boots.

Purcell is a vulnerable adult who is in need of her medications. She is believed to possibly be headed to the Edina area.
