Minneapolis Police Seek Help Finding Missing, Vulnerable Adult
He was last seen near Hiawatha Avenue.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 21-year-old Jude O’Neal. He’s described as a 5 foot, 4 inches, 145 pounds and has black, curly hair, a moustache, and a "612" tattoo on his right shoulder.
O’Neal, a vulnerable adult, was last seen early this morning near the 4500 block of 33rd Avenue South near Hiawatha Avenue (Highway 55), police said.
