The QR code in the Flash Seats digital ticket changes every 60-90 seconds, meaning that it is impossible to scan in a ticket that gets transferred from a screenshot on a phone, according to a news release.
The MPD is also investigating reports of counterfeit merchandise being sold. Buyers should look for a NCAA hologram on the clothing tags to ensure the items are authentic.
