Minnesota Business Magazine Says Goodbye

"We've had a great run, but all good things must come to an end," writes executive editor Megan Effertz.

MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota Business magazine has published its last issue, and the website won't be live much longer.

"We’ve had a great run, but all good things must come to an end," writes executive editor Megan Effertz in a goodbye note.

"We will never be able to express our gratitude to our publisher and all of the staff, writers, columnists and editorial and advisory boards who have helped create Minnesota Business over the years or say thank you enough to our advertisers, sponsors and partners who’ve made it all possible."

The nine staff members at Minnesota Business will be reassigned to other Tiger Oak publications, Effertz told the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Business Journal in October.

Minnesota Business reported on the trials and successes of small and midsize companies in the state.

"Most of all, thank you for being part of this journey with us," Effertz added in the note posted New Year's Eve. "Keep doing what you do to make Minnesota one of the greatest places in which to work and live."
