Minnesota Weather: 70s In Twin Cities, Flooding Alert For SE MN

TWIN CITIES, MN — Temperatures Monday will be warm, with readings getting up to between 65 and 70. Minor flooding is possible along the Mississippi River at Wabasha and Winona. Melting snow is expected to result in rising water levels over the next several days, creating possible flood conditions.

The Mississippi River in Wabasha and Winona is forecasted to rise above flood stage Thursday night, and reach 13 feet Sunday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
