Minnesota Weather: NWS Issues 'Freeze Warning' For Thursday Night
Prepare for temperatures to reach near or below freezing throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area tonight.
TWIN CITIES, MN — The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for much of central Minnesota, including the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro. The warning is in effect from 3 a.m to 9 a.m. Friday morning.
Additionally, a freeze watch is in effect from Friday night into Saturday morning.
Prepare for the possibility of sub or near freezing temperatures both nights. The frost and freeze conditions can kill crops and vegetation if they are left unprotected.
