Minnesota Woman, 64, Dies Monday In Crash On Snowy Road
A woman from Hill City, Minnesota died in a single-vehicle crash on a snowy and icy road Monday.

AITKIN COUNTY, MN — A woman from Hill City, Minnesota died in a single-vehicle crash on a snowy and icy road Monday. Lorene Kay Weimer, 64, was driving a 2006 Ford Escape southbound Highway 169 in Aitkin County when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled, landing on its roof in three feet of water.
The driver was deceased upon arrival of emergency crews, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. She was seat-belted, authorities said. There was no airbag deployment.
