MINNESOTA — Authorities in Wisconsin say a missing 2-year-old girl may be in Minnesota. The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Noelani Robinson.
Noelani, of Milwaukee, has brown hair and brown eyes. She was abducted by her father — Dariaz Higgins — on March 11, police said.
