Missing 2-Year-Old May Be In Twin Cities: South Carolina Police

Dakota Ray's non-custodial parents are switching license plates to avoid detection, according to police.

The Camden, South Carolina Police Department is looking for assistance in locating a missing child. Dakota Ray, 2, has blonde hair and blue eyes. Authorities say she may be in the company of her non-custodial parents, William Ray, 44, and Jessica Ray, 36.

Dakota Ray was last seen in Camden on April 15 but investigators believe the three were at a gas station in Marshall, Minnesota on Monday, May 14, and may now be in the Twin Cites metro.

They are believed to be traveling in a beige 1996 Ford Aerostar. Investigators say they are switching plates to avoid detection.
