Pilot Project: Metro Transit Installs Bicycle Boarding Indicators
The temporary markers indicate which train doors are closest to onboard bike racks, making it easier to board the train with a bike.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Metro Transit has installed bicycle boarding indicators on the Blue Line’s 38th Street and 46th Street station platforms. These temporary markers indicate which train doors are closest to onboard bike racks, therefore making it easier to board the train with a bike.
This is a pilot project to test this feature and gather customer feedback. You can take Metro Transit's survey for the project here.
