Presidents Day 2018: What's Open, Closed In Minneapolis, St. Paul
Here's what's open and closed in the Twin Cities on Presidents Day.

TWIN CITIES, MN — Minneapolis and Saint Paul city government offices — including Minneapolis 311 — are closed Monday, Feb. 19, 2018 in observance of the Presidents Day holiday. City offices will resume regular business hours on Tuesday following the holiday.
There are no changes to Minneapolis garbage and recycling pickup schedules, and there will be regular pickups Feb. 19. The Downtown Solid Waste customer service office (and information line) and the South Transfer Station will be closed.
Parking meters will not be enforced Feb. 19, but all other parking restrictions remain in effect and subject to enforcement, including Park Board meters along Minneapolis parkways, University of Minnesota parking meters and those of private organizations that operate their own meters. Always read the information posted on the meter to be certain.

Police and fire emergency services and 911 are not affected.
