Refs Rob Vikings Of Touchdown Before Halftime: WATCH
A new NFL rule implemented over the offseason has come back to hurt the Minnesota Vikings.
GREEN BAY, WI — The Green Bay Packers are leading the Vikings in the third quarter, in part thanks to a controversial call that took away a Minnesota touchdown. Late in the second quarter, a touchdown pass to Stefon Diggs was automatically reviewed, as all scoring plays must be.
During the review, officials found what they believed was offensive pass interference on running back Dalvin Cook. The allegation is that Cook was blocking downfield.
Under new rules that were implemented after a controversial call in last year's NFC Championship game that went against the New Orleans Saints, NFL refs now have that power to review pass interference calls (or initial no calls, in this case).

HALFTIME: Packers 21, Vikings 10 So to clarify, the OPI was called off the review of the touchdown AFTER it was scored. The league's new pass interference rules are coming under fire in Green Bay and for good reason.

These Pass Interference reviews by NFL officiating are not making any sense. Clear DPIs last week not overturned. Clear push off by Antonio Brown does not get overturned but Minnesota TD pass gets called back due to blocking downfield. Not sure what the standard is right now.

As a #Gophers fan that doesn’t usually get calls, I admit when my #packers do. That was a gift.

The Vikings will receive the ball to start the second half.
