Scaffolding Collapses In Minneapolis: 6 Workers Fall, 1 Hurt
One person was hospitalized with a head injury, according to Minneapolis fire.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Six workers fell when the massive scaffolding structure they were on collapsed away from the building at about 10 a.m Friday. One worker was transported to an area hospital for treatment and evaluation of a head injury, according to Minneapolis fire.
Witnesses told WCCO's Mary McGuire that wind knocked the structure down.
The collapse is not related to Super Bowl event construction.
