School Bus Driver Shot In Minneapolis While Kids Aboard
There were three children under the age of 10 inside the bus at the time of the shooting.
MINNEAPOLIS — A school bus driver who was shot in the head in Minneapolis Wednesday afternoon is expected to survive, according to city officials.
There were three children under the age of 10 inside the bus at the time of the shooting. None were injured, a city spokesperson told Patch in an email.
At 2:16 p.m., Minneapolis police responded to the shooting at 37th Street and Girard Avenue North. Paramedics arrived and transported the driver to an area hospital.

The three children were dropped off at their homes by police.
No arrests have been made, and police continue to investigate.
