SAINT PAUL, MN — Saint Paul city officials declared a snow emergency Friday, Dec. 10. Snow emergencies last 96 hours.
Starting Friday night at 9 p.m., all night plow routes will be cleared. Night plow routes are marked by signs.
Drivers cannot park on night plow routes. Cars that are still parked on night plow rights at 9 p.m. will be ticketed and towed.

Starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday, all-day plow routes will be cleared. Cars still on day plow routes will be ticked and towed.
If there are no "night plow," signs posted within the block, then it is considered a day plow route.
