Minneapolis Stylist Cupped Client's Breast During Haircut: Cops
The stylist touched her breasts and said American women would not like that but "since she was French" it was fine, the complaint states.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — A hair stylist at a downtown Minneapolis salon is accused of cupping and squeezing a client's breast during an appointment. Vincent Benjamin Sechi, 30, of Bloomington has been charged with one count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct in Hennepin County.
Police say the incident happed on Feb. 27 at the Juut Salon on the Nicollet Mall.
According to the criminal complaint, Sechi had the client change into a robe, and after washing her hair, gave her a head and neck massage.

During the massage, Sechi touched the tops of the woman's breasts under her robe, telling her that American women would not like that but since she is French, it was fine, the criminal complaint states.
Police said during the haircut, Sechi reached inside the woman's robe, put his hand inside her bra and cupped and squeezed the woman's breast, stating that his action was a "nice tip."

According to the criminal complain, Sechi admitted he had unbuttoned the woman's robe and had reached his fingers inside her bra while sweeping hair off her chest. He said he "definitely overstepped," authorities said.
