'Suspicious Death' Being Investigated By Minneapolis Police
Based on evidence at the scene, investigators are treating the case as a possible homicide.

MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police are investigating what they're calling a "suspicious death." At noon, officers and first responders found a deceased man in a home on the 2600 block of Grand Street Northeast.

Authorities canvassed the area and spoke with several people who may have heard of seen something. The Minneapolis Crime Lab responded and processed evidence located at the scene.

The Medical Examiner’s Office will release the nature and cause of death as well as the identity of the victim.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). All Tips are anonymous and persons providing information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a financial reward, according to a news release.
