These Twin Cities Metro Schools Had Recent Coronavirus Outbreaks

The Minnesota Department of Health is now publishing information related to coronavirus outbreaks in schools.

TWIN CITIES, MN — The Minnesota Department of Health is publishing the K-12 schools that are experiencing coronavirus outbreaks throughout the state. The schools below are in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and reported five or more confirmed cases of the coronavirus in students or staff who were in the building while infectious.

Note: The schools below may not have ongoing transmission, the MDH notes. Schools that have not reported a new case in the past 28 days do not appear on this list.

Anoka

  • High School, Anoka
  • Blaine High School, Blaine
  • St. Francis High, Saint Francis

Hennepin County

  • Benilde - St. Margaret's, Saint Louis Park
  • Eden Prairie Senior High, Eden Prairie
  • Maple Grove Senior High, Maple Grove
  • Park Center IB World School, Brooklyn Park
  • Providence Academy, Plymouth

Dakota County

  • St. Thomas Academy, Mendota Heights

Washington County

  • Forest Lake Area High School, Forest Lake
  • Mahtomedi Senior High, Mahtomedi
