Here's what you need to know to vote in Minnesota on Election Day, Nov. 6.

MINNESOTA — Today, Tuesday, Oct. 16, is the last day Minnesotans can register to vote online. But don't worry, there are several other ways to register to vote in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
Here's what you need to know to vote in Minnesota on Election Day, Nov. 6.
To vote, you must be:

- 18 or older on Election Day
- A Minnesota resident for at least 20 days
- If you've been convicted of a felony, you must be finished with all parts of any felony sentence
- A judge has not ruled you legally incompetent or otherwise revoked your right to vote
Voters must re-register every time they move to a new address, change names or have not voted once in the span of four years.

- Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 6. You can register to vote on Election Day, at the polls, in Minnesota
- The deadline to register online is 11:59 p.m., 21 days before Election Day (Oct. 16)
- The deadline to register on paper is 5 p.m., 21 days before Election Day (Oct. 16)
- You can also vote absentee
