1. Stillwater Farmers Market

When: Saturdays, 7:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Where: 3rd & Pine St, Stillwater, MN (Riverview Parking Lot of the Stillwater Veterans Memorial)

For 50 years and counting, the Stillwaters Farmers Market has brought organic foods, local specialties and handmade goods to the community. Stock up on farm-fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs, grab a bouquet of flowers for your loved ones or explore local vendors for some unique gifts, all while soaking in some sunshine.

2. Live Music at P.D. Pappy’s Music Bar & Grill

When: Weekends beginning May 1, 2026 (showtimes vary)
Where: ​​​422 E. Mulberry St, Stillwater, MN

Beginning in May, P.D. Pappy’s Music Bar & Grill will feature some of the best local musicians and bands every Friday through Sunday (plus holiday weekends). Make an evening of it by grabbing a bite to eat — the menu boasts a variety of bar food and American classics, plus a kids’ menu. 3. Groovin’ In The Garden

When: Wednesdays, June 10-July 29, 2026; 6-8 p.m.
Where: Marjorie McNeely Conservatory at Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, 1225 Estabrook Drive, St. Paul, MN

Less than 30 minutes from Stillwater, the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory will host its Groovin’ In The Garden free summer concert series. Guests can also enjoy a climbing wall, bouncy balls, and hula hoops, as well as purchase refreshments from on-site food trucks. 4. Dance Here

When: Friday, May 29 (5-10 p.m.) and Saturday, May 30 (3-10 p.m.), 2026
Where: Downtown Stillwater, MN

The annual Dance Here community event returns this May, bringing free music, dancing and plenty of fun to downtown Stillwater. This year’s event boasts the Twin Cities’ best 90s DJs and live bands (performers TBA), along with a beer/wine/cocktail tent; if you go on Saturday, you can also enter the ‘90s costume contest. Funds raised from the weekend will go toward The Veterans Memorial of Stillwater.

5. Cruisin’ on the Croix Car Show

When: Select Wednesdays in June, July, August and September; 3-8 p.m.
Where: Lowell Park, 201 Water St, Stillwater, MN

Hosted by Bud’s Speed Shop, the Cruisin’ on the Croix Car Show is a free, fun event for car enthusiasts of all ages. Head over to Lowell Park for music, food trucks, and some of the coolest cars in the state, all set along the scenic Saint Croix River. Check the website for tentative and confirmed event dates.

6. Food Truck Etravaganza

When: Saturday, June 20, 2026; 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Where: Washington County Fairgrounds, 12300 40th St N, Stillwater, MN

Enjoy a day of delicious food and family fun at the Food Truck Extravaganza, hosted by the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce. In addition to some of the area’s best food trucks, you can explore local vendors at the marketplace, listen to live music or grab a drink at the beer tent. There’s also a kids’ area with plenty of activities, including a bounce house, giant bubbles, balloon artistry and face painting. Leashed dogs are welcome, and parking is free.
