A 'Missing' Finger Leads To Meth Discovery In Stillwater

Two Stillwater residents arrested for drug possession outside Lakeview Hospital.

Lakeview Hospital paramedics reported a woman in her vehicle outside the Emergency Room that appeared to under the influence of meth.

When officers arrived, they found the woman to be very upset. The woman told officers she was looking for her boyfriend’s finger in the vehicle as he had accidently cut it off.

The officers located the woman’s boyfriend inside the hospital getting stitches in his finger. He told officers he did not cut his finger off but did cut it deep enough for stitches.

The officers then found a syringe full of meth in the vehicle. The woman’s boyfriend, a 25-year-old Stillwater man reportedly admitted to officers that he was in the passenger side of the vehicle where the meth was found. 

The woman, a 22-year-old Stillwater woman and the man were both arrested for fifth degree possession of a controlled substance and taken to Washington County Jail.
