The Stillwater Area Public Schools Community Education Department develops and delivers an extensive range of educational and recreational opportunities year round. Approximately 20,000 students (men, women, and children of all ages) participate every year.
How do they find out about these classes and activities? By reading through the Community Education catalog that comes directly to their homes three times a year. To our knowledge, it has the greatest market penetration and longest shelf life of any locally produced publication outside of the telephone book!
Each Community Education catalog is delivered to approximately 26,000 postal patrons throughout the school district. Hundreds more are distributed at local libraries and other outlets. Designed to catch and keep reader attention, public response is immediate: phone calls flood the Community Education office as soon as the catalog hits mailboxes. Families and individuals continue to study the catalog for several weeks because of activities that begin later in the season.
The next issue of the Community Education catalog, Fall 2013, will include a maximum of eight pages of commercial advertising. The Fall 2013 catalog will be mailed out to homes during the second week of August and will be current through December.
If you have questions, or would like to reserve ad space, please call or email Lynne Lange at 651.351.8456 or langel@stillwaterschools.org by June 28, 2013. Final ad designs must be received by July 8, 2013. Ads will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and as they comply with all Stillwater Area Public School District policies.
