All Local Families Invited to Open House

St. Croix Catholic School will be hosting an Open House on Sunday, October 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a presentation at 11:00 a.m.

St. Croix Catholic School in Stillwater, MN is hosting an Open House for the public on Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. , with a special presentation at 11:00 a.m. Prospective families with preschool, elementary and middle school age children are invited to come and learn more about the school’s unique mission to educate the whole child: mind, body and spirit.
St. Croix Catholic is the only school in the Upper Midwest to have teaching sisters from the highly sought after teaching order, the Nashville-based Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia and the first Catholic school in the state of Minnesota to offer Project Lead The Way STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) courses. The school is known for its personalized educational approach, from effectively meeting students with special needs to presenting appropriate challenges for the gifted and talented. Middle school students are challenged to leadership roles in a special virtues-based program entitled, Called to Greatness. St. Croix Catholic is a vibrant school community, and hosts numerous opportunities for parent involvement and a wide variety of extracurricular activities for students. Come to the open house to learn more from Principal Sister Mary Juliana, the teaching staff, current parents, and current students. The school is adjacent to the Church of St. Michael and is located at 621 South Third Street in Stillwater, MN.
