Arrests Made In Killing Of Stillwater, St. Paul Residents
Four Minnesota residents, including one person from Stillwater and three from St. Paul, were found dead in an SUV in western Wisconsin.
WISCONSIN — A second man has turned himself in to police in connection with the deaths of four Twin Cities residents in Dunn County, Wisconsin.
Antoine Suggs, 38, turned himself in Gilbert, Arizona Friday. He is accused of four felony counts of hiding a corpse and being party to a crime.
If Suggs is found guilty, he could spend up to 50 years in prison and face a $25,000 fine.

Suggs had been living in Phoenix before traveling back to Minnesota for the past two weeks, the Dunn County Sheriffs Department said. The department said it doesn't know how Suggs traveled back to Arizona.
Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd said that Suggs hasn't been interviewed yet. He will be transported to the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix and will be sent back to Wisconsin.

The St. Paul Police Department arrested Darren Lee McWright, 56, on Wednesday. Both McWright and Suggs had warrants for their arrest.
The bodies of four Twin Cities residents were found in an SUV near Sheridan, Wisconsin on Sept. 12. The sheriff's department said they responded to a 911 call from the town and found the SUV in a nearby cornfield.
However, investigators say the four victims were killed in St. Paul, FOX 9 reports.
Three of the victims were from Saint Paul, and a fourth was from Stillwater:
- Nitosha Lee Flug-Presley, 30, from Stillwater, MN
- Matthew Isiah Pettus, 26, from Saint Paul, MN
- Loyace Foreman III, 35, from Saint Paul, MN
- Jasmine Christine Sturm, 30, from Saint Paul, MN
