"I don't know how many times I've seen a game go nine (innings) in high school baseball without a run," Stillwater Head Coach Mike Parker said. "I've never seen 10 runs scored in the 10th inning after no runs being scored the whole game."
The Raiders starter Zach Boyle took a no-hitter into the 10th inning, while the Ponies starter Joe Zorn only allowed three hits through nine.

"We made a pitching change (in the 10th) because this isn't the end of our season," Parker said. "This isn't the playoffs yet. We have to keep our arms for the playoffs."
After nine scoreless innings, the Raiders scored their first run in the 10th with a bases-loaded walk. Then Raiders third baseman Christopher Keys broke the game open the next at bat with a bases-clearing triple.
The Raiders(9-6) took advantage of a few errors tacking six more runs on the board before it was all said and done.
"When one of these two teams made a mistake, or let down a little bit, the other team was going to pounce, and that's what happened" Parker said. "We didn't hit the ball. We played good defense and our pitcher really battled, but we have to find a way to punch one run through."
Zorn is one of the top pitchers in the state right now, Parker said. On Friday, the senior threw nine scoreless innings striking out eight and walking one.
"We were happy with the guts, we weren't happy with the execution offensively," Parker said. "It was a tough loss for the team."
The Ponies (12-5) will travel to White Bear Lake (6-10) Monday, before returning home Wednesday to play Hastings (6-9). The Ponies end the week at East Ridge (11-5).
