WCCO-TV ranked 78 Twin Cities-area police departments on the number of speeding tickets per capita issued in 2011. Bayport was high on the list at No. 9. Stillwater was near the bottom of the list at No. 70. Oak Park Heights ranked 36th.
WCCO-TV ranked 78 Twin Cities-area police departments on the number of speeding tickets per capita issued in 2011. Bayport was high on the list at No. 9. Stillwater was near the bottom of the list at No. 70. Oak Park Heights ranked 36th.
According to WCCO's numbers, The Stillwater Police Department issued just 144 speeding tickets in 2011 — a per capita breakdown of 0.008. Oak Park Heights issued 134 tickets for a per capita tally of 0.031. Bayport cops wrote 264 tickets for a per capita of 0.076.
