Benefit for Stillwater Writer Karl Bremer is March 25

Krewe of DADs is hosting a benefit for Stillwater writer Karl Bremer on March 25 from 2-9 p.m. at Wilebski's in St. Paul. Bremer was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

The Krewe of DADs is hosting a benefit for founding member and Stillwater writer Karl Bremer on Sunday, March 25, from 2–9 p.m. at Wilebski’s Blues Saloon.

The Krewe of DADs is a Twin Cities-based non-profit organization, modeled after New Orleans carnival clubs, and has operated quietly for the past 30 years, bringing a number of national touring bands to the Twin Cities.

Bremer recently was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

A stellar lineup of Twin Cities and New Orleans musicians have volunteered their services for what promises to be a memorable and exciting day of music.

Lending their talents are:

Expect jam sessions and sets shared by several outstanding musicians from both ends of the Mississippi.

Wilebski’s is located just south of the intersection of Rice and Larpenteur in St. Paul.

There is a $25 donation for admission and a silent auction is part of the festivities. There is ample attached and adjacent parking and a full menu is available.
