Is there a greater expectation of privacy in a secure condo building? I think so.

I think so.
To the residents of the Lofts of Stillwater, Stillwater Mills & Terra Springs, I've been very conflicted about political door knocking in a secure condo building. I would like to hear your input on the subject.
I'm running for Stillwater City Council, Ward 2 which encompasses most of our historic downtown. I've been door knocking all over Ward 2, but when it came to the condos I was conflicted. I have many friends that live in these great places and about half said it would be ok and the other half said they would not vote for anyone that came to their door.

Basically, I don't want to do it. I feel like you have a greater expectation of privacy in a secure building and I do not want to intrude. I've lived in condos and if someone knocks on my door I assume it's a neighbor, not someone off the street. I've had a few calls and emails from people upset after my competitor and other political hopefuls came through your buildings.
I just don't want you to think that I don't care because I'm not knocking on your doors. I care very much and would love to have a conversation, trade emails or meet for coffee if you would like to discuss the issues that are important to you.
