KidsDay@ArtReach: Bringing Art Outdoors for Family Fun
During KidsDay@ArtReach spend time outside, creating art and learning how family fun and creativity can take place anywhere. One day only—Sunday, June 2.

Pop-Up Art Event Highlights the Range of Summer Fun Available in the Valley
After a long winter, we are ready to spend some time outdoors. How about spending some time outside, creating art and learning how creativity can take place anywhere…not just in a studio or gallery? Look no further than KidsDay@ArtReach.
For one day only—Sunday, June 2—we are turning the lawn at the ArtReach St. Croix house into an outdoor art studio. Children and families will be able to get “hands on” with art as they create a graffiti mural with “EROS One 73,” participate in theater games with Seth Kaltwasser and the St. Croix Festival Theatre summer company, explore printmaking with artists local Diana Hatchitt and Barbara Schotl, and experiment with paint and centrifugal force with the Spin Art Machine from Franconia Sculpture Park.

But that’s not all, there will be music by the Brian Wicklund Duo and students from Fiddle Pals, a creative movement area, pinwheel making, and more. The number of family activities and kid’s camps and classes available in the St. Croix Valley is tremendous, and KidsDay@ArtReach will give you a taste of what is in store this summer.
KidsDay@ArtReach: Sunday, June 2 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., 224 N. 4th Street, Stillwater. Admission: FREE This event will take place rain (indoors) or shine. To learn more about this and other St. Croix Valley events, visit: StCroixSplash.org
