Your Voice Matters

Stillwater, Bayport, Lake Elmo and Oak Park Heights are great places to live, work and play. Let's keep them that way. Participate in the Community Symposium and share your ideas!

Driving through downtown Stillwater every morning on my way to work, I am reminded daily about what a wonderful place it is. The rich history of the surrounding communities, unique one-of-a-kind shops downtown, beautiful parks and a long list of other attractions and amenities make the Greater Stillwater Area a great place to live, work and play.

It is important that we work to keep it that way. Let me introduce the Community Symposium. The Community Symposium has been created by the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce as a means to bring together residents, business owners and community leaders from our four-city area for the purpose of identifying how we can preserve the area’s assets, strengthen our economic environment and eliminate barriers preventing our communities from reaching their full potential.

The Symposium is an opportunity for residents or employees within the Bayport, Lake Elmo, Oak Park Heights and Stillwater communities, to voice your praises, concerns and desires in a setting where you will be heard! And it couldn’t be easier to share your ideas! Visit www.communitysymposium.com and answer the three online questions now, or come to one of the Town Hall Sessions to have your voice heard by a panel of local community leaders.
